Nigeria’s Flying Eagles and the Junior Atlas Lions of Morocco are set to face off in Match Day Two of Group B at the ongoing CAF Under20 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday night.
Kick off time at the June 30 Stadium in Cairo is 21h00 local time (18h00 GMT).
This fixture is coming two decades after the pair clashed in their first and only previous encounter at the tournament, which was in the semi-finals of the 2005 edition. It ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw before Nigeria triumphed 5-3 in a penalty shootout.
Both teams go into Sunday’s game having won their respective opening matches. Nigeria edged Tunisia 1-0 (Pictured), while Morocco staged a brave comeback to beat Kenya 3-2.
Sunday’s Group B hostilities begin with the Tunisia vs Kenya fixture kicking off at 18h00 local time (15h00 GMT).
