Convicted South African murderer and Facebook rapist Thabo Bester, together with disgraced doctor Nandipha Magudumana and other co-accused, return to the High Court in Bloemfontein.
The court will deal with pre-trial hearings for his 2023 prison escape from the Mangaung Correctional facility.
Bester, 39, escaped from Mangaung Correctional Centre in South Africa after faking his death in a fire in his prison cell in May 2022. He was on the run for almost a year before being arrested in Arusha, Tanzania on 8 November 2023.
