New Year tragedy: SA couple found dead at holiday resort

South African multi-award winning songstress Makhadzi is recovering at a hospital in Polokwane, Limpopo province, after being hit by a car while getting out of her vehicle.

Makhadzi, whose real name is Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, was driving on the N1 outside Mokopane on Wednesday when the incident occurred. She had alighted from her vehicle when she was hit by a passing car.

She was en route to Johannesburg for a gig. Makhadzi Entertainment spokesperson Lucky Tshilimandila says the songstress’s condition has improved compared to Wednesday.

“On behalf of Makhadzi Entertainment, I can confirm that Makhadzi’s situation has improved. She’s doing way much better compared to yesterday and it’s a good sign to us. We’re thankful for all the messages that are coming through, wishing her a speedy recovery,” says Tshilimandila.
