Police find bodies believed to be of missing South African journalist and girlfriend

Police have found two bodies believed to be those of missing South African community radio journalist, Aserie Sibusiso Ndlovu and his partner, Zodwa Precious Mdhluli, national police commissioner General Fannie Masemola said on Thursday.

The couple have been missing since February 18, 2025.

Masemola (Pictured), said one of five suspects arrested in connection with the couple’s disappearance pointed out the area where the two human remains were found.

“One of the suspects pointed out the area where the remains were found. We’ll take [the bodies for DNA tests] with the closest relatives [of the missing couple],” Masemola added.
