Former Nigeria professional soccer player and foremost FIFA Agent, Moses Adams, has reiterated his commitment towards unearthing more talent at the grassroots level.
Adams, who plied his trade in Europe between 2007 and 2014, affirmed his belief in raw talented players, and equally giving them opportunities overseas.
“I have so much respect for players that never played in Nigeria’s domestic league but are playing top flight football in Europe. This shows that with proper grooming we can raise grassroots players to the highest levels attainable.
“When I quit active football due to injury in Europe, my focus shifted to players’ management and discovery of raw talents, and the best way to go about it was going to the grassroots to scout for unknown players with marketable potentials,” he said.
While admitting that it would take time to market this players abroad due to their inexperience, he stressed that Nigeria is similar to Brazil “where you have abundance of players.”
For the records, the former Westerlo Sporting Club of Belgium player has moved a lot of players to Europe and has established a strong working synergy with top football agents across the globe.
