Buti Manamela and Nomusa Dube-Ncube (Pictured), were sworn in on Tuesday as the new Minister and Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, respectively.
The pair took their oaths in Cape Town before President Cyril Ramaphosa and his deputy Paul Mshatile.
Manamela replaces Nobuhle Nkabane, who was axed on Monday, following public outrage over politically connected appointments to the SETA boards.
Nkabane later withdrew those controversial appointments, and maintains she is not corrupt.
