South Africa’s Deputy Police Minister, Mr. Cassel Mathale is the new witness at the Ad Hoc Committee hearings in Parliament.
He will start testifying on Tuesday as he reels out his side of the story on the alleged political interference and infiltration in the criminal justice system.
The former Limpopo premier appears just days after former Police Minister Bheki Cele.
Mathale has been deputy minister since 2019, deputising for both Cele and the recently suspended Senzo Mchunu.
